Refund and Return Policy

1- Returns for Products

You may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.

To initiate a return, please contact us at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

2- Refunds for Products

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5-10 business days].

3- Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund.

Gift cards, promotional items, and certain perishable or consumable goods are not eligible for return.

4- Service Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, refunds for services already rendered are not available. However, if you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a service, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Prepaid packages or treatments may be eligible for partial refunds if services have not yet been rendered.

5- Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.
